    Hi, I sm regular user of Rank Math Seo Plugin. Daily my site publosh around 30 to 40 news articles but it doesn’t updated regularly on Sitemap page. Why this happens? Please help me about this error.

  • Sorry, there is no server side caching enabled. So any other clarification to do?

    Regarding your initial website, the credentials no longer work so we can’t debug the issue further, but you should verify that you don’t have any .htaccess rules caching the plugin without you noticing.

    Also, if you are using HostGator as your hosting please note that this hosting adds a plugin to control cache that you cannot disable and that might be also causing some issues on your website.

    In regards to the latest website you mentioned and given login credentials, this one has some .htaccess rules that are caching your website and that’s why the sitemap might not be showing correctly.

    We would recommend that you get in touch with HostGator about disabling all the plugins they add to your website and then also try your website for a couple of days with just the default .htaccess file from WordPress.

    Hi, I confirm with my host. And they said In both .htaccess is fine. and even there is not any pugin or any server side caching.

    The login link for the first website is no longer working, so we can’t debug the issue further. However, I can see all the posts/pages/blogs link inside the sitemap for the other website. Could you share the specific URL that is absent inside the sitemap?

    Yes, because i am doing everything manually. But i was looking for automation but that’s working with Rank math.

    In order to be absolutely sure that this is not a caching issue you could use the following rule in your .htaccess file:

    
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteRule .* - [E=Cache-Control:no-cache]
    

    And to take things a step further you can add the following filter as well in your theme’s functions.php file:

    
    add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
    

    After doing this for both websites you should flush the sitemap once on each website by following this tutorial: https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    Then simply wait a couple of days and see if the sitemap is updating correctly when you post new content.
