This happens when your sitemaps get cached along with the other pages of your website.
Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

I checked the sitemap and I was able to replicate the issue.
Could you please confirm if the value of the Links Per Sitemap option is set to 200? You can find this option under your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > General.
If the value is much higher than 200, then please set it to 200 and flush the sitemap cache following this video screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
Further, check the sitemap and see if it loads properly.

As per your solution, it’s working for 200 URL but the main problem is that my site is a news site and crating multiple sitemap will get lots of sitemap in the search console that will be so confusing for me to respecting in near future.
I am sharing login credentials with you please use that to do a necessary site for NEws sit to cover all URL in one site map only. right now at a one time 1500 URL working fine but do some recommended setting to cover all URL in one sitemap.

To understand this, you should know that Google crawls small-sized sitemaps faster. With this in mind, Rank math uses the links per sitemap limit to break down sitemaps into smaller parts. You can also check Google’s guidelines for sitemap.
You can have your settings at 500 links per sitemap. This will make your sitemaps not too large and just a fair amount for Google to crawl easily.

This doesn’t produce immediate actions. It takes some time for Google to go back and read your sitemap again.
I would say to give it a couple of days for Google to notice the changes and crawl the sitemap again and see if that solves the issue.

I don’t know why Rank math has an issue of fetching sitemap properly, Even Google is trying to crawl the site properly but rank math is not updating this on sitemap pages?

Ok. I found fresh post in sitemap 1. That’s good.
1. But total i have around 5000 posts till date crawling say’s it is 4500 only if there is 500 url are missed than why there is noy 11th sitemap?
2. It fresh posts are in sitemap 1 then where are old posts that should be in 10th sitemap according to gap between 4500 url to 5000 url
