Rankmath plugin causing Content Creation Services page not to load

  • The RankMath plugin will not let me edit my Content Creation Services page. It gives me the following error https://share.getcloudapp.com/ApuXRqNp. I recently had this problem and it was because of duplicate url slugs. I have checked that and did not see any duplicate url slugs this time however could have missed it somehow. Can you please look into this issue for me? The access to the backend of the website is in the sensitive data section.

    My website is completely broken on the front end to website visitors BlueHost is now telling me that my website might be infected. The RankMath support team better get on top of this ASAP!!! Not one of these issues existed until the RankMath support tried to create a staging site on the backend of the website. This needs to be fixed NOW!!!!

    Please note that we haven’t done any major troubleshooting yet on your website. The troubleshooting mode isn’t working on your website, which is why we are asking for a staging website to avoid issues on your live website.

    For us to delete the staging site installed on your backend, we need to access your backend dashboard again. Please renew the temporary admin login so we can delete it.

    As for the staging you are currently working on with your hosting provider, let us know if you can provide the login details for it so we can proceed with debugging the issue with our developers.

    BlueHost was able to fix my website so it is up and running back to normal again. However, your support team needs me to create a staging site in order for you guys to further diagnose the problem with the plugin. Unfortunately, BlueHost has informed me that there is a problem with the staging mode on their end and that the Tech team is working on the issue. So at this time, I am unable to create a staging site.

    Kindly renew the admin login URL so we can instead check this deeper with our developer as the old temporary URL is no longer working.

    If possible, you can create a temporary admin user for us and share the username and password here so we can effectively create a staging website.

    A staging site cannot be created at this time due to an issue on BlueHost side. I will inform you once I can create a staging site. Is there any other way we can move forward since creating a staging site is not an option at the moment?

    The staging website is an ideal way to troubleshoot the issue without worrying about the live website.

    If you can’t provide the staging website, we will have to troubleshoot this on your live website and it will affect the live traffic during the process.

    If you prefer that way for us to move forward, I strongly request you to create a full backup of your website in case something goes wrong during the troubleshooting process.

    I will wait until I can create a staging site before we move forward with fixing that page. I do however have another issue. My Google Search Console is showing that my XML sitemap is showing up as an HTML page. Shouldn’t the RankMath Plugin take care of that? I have included a screenshot in the sensitive data area showing you what I am referring to.

    I checked your sitemap URL (yoursite.com/sitemap_index.xml) and the sitemap is redirecting to your homepage.
