Rankmath plugin causing Content Creation Services page not to load

  • The RankMath plugin will not let me edit my Content Creation Services page. It gives me the following error https://share.getcloudapp.com/ApuXRqNp. I recently had this problem and it was because of duplicate url slugs. I have checked that and did not see any duplicate url slugs this time however could have missed it somehow. Can you please look into this issue for me? The access to the backend of the website is in the sensitive data section.

    Please check if PHP values are not too low to handle the processes.

    You can check that by going to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info tab > Server

    If the values are low, please contact your web host and ask them to set the following values:

    PHP Memory Limit: 512M
    Max input time: 150
    PHP time limit: 120
    PHP max input variables: 1000

    If the issue persists, please add the WordPress login URL and username in the sensitive data section.

    It seems that only the password has changed here. Even if the password is now correct, the username is still not recognized.

    It will not let me change the username. It says the username has to be stay the same.
