Why do you need me to create a staging page when the rankmath plug-in is in fact the issue?
My site is connected to a CDN you cannot deactivate my Cloudflare plugin cause it make my site go down
The Rank Math support team should have full access to the backend of my website. If you need to create a staging page that is fine, you have my permission to do so
Hello,
Looks like the cache issue is fixed now. I’ll debug the issue now and will let you know.
Thank you.
Hello,
I can confirm you have 2 links on your site with the same slug causing this issue, as mentioned by my colleague before.
You have a category with a virtual-tours
slug, and your 360 Virtual Tours
page also has the same slug. In this case, WordPress will prioritize the Category page, which is why the Elementor shows an error popup when you edit the 360 Virtual Tours page. Please check the screencast I added in the Sensitive Data Section.
The only way you can fix this issue is by changing the slug of either Category or the page.
I hope that helps.
You are incorrect! One slug is online virtual tours while the other is virtual tours!
My apologies for my recent response Pratik, you were correct. I changed the category and everything is working as is sued at the moment.
