  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

For initial troubleshooting, could you please enable the redirect debugger option to check for the redirection? Here’s a link for more information:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/solving-redirection-issues-using-rank-math-seo/#redirection-debug

Let us know how this goes.

    Thank you.

The plugin has been reactivated and the redirect debugger option is enabled

    Hello,

The redirection debugger will only show up if the admin user is logged in. Are you able to see Rank Math’s redirection debugger when you visit the URL?

I checked the affected URL and it doesn’t seem to redirect to any pages. There’s no 301 response from that URL.

    Looking forward to helping you.

It does not show me any redirection debugger when I visit the page with the plugin activated. It only shows me the Facebook Debugger when I visit that page. This is the page that it takes me to when the RankMath plugin is activated: https://adeptmotionsdigitalmarketing.com/virtual-tours/

It should be going to this page and it does so correctly if I deactivate the RankMath plugin: https://adeptmotionsdigitalmarketing.com/virtual-tours/

This is where it goes with the plugin activated https://adeptmotionsdigitalmarketing.com/virtual-tours/

But the page should look like this instead: https://share.getcloudapp.com/OAu8EokP

As you can see the debug redirections is enabled: https://share.getcloudapp.com/mXuxoGAA

    Hello,

In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for that information.

Could you please update the user to Administrator as some modules/features are only accessible with that access? Also, please check the screenshot you have shared where the page shows correctly as it is no longer working.

Meanwhile, I’ve noticed that you have a page and a post category with the same slug /virtual-tours/ which might be the issue with this case.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

I am leaving the plugin deactivated so that website visitors can see the correct page. Just go ahead and reactivate it once you begin to work on diagnosing the issue.

    Hello,

We tested the page with the Rank Math plugin enabled and we see it being displayed correctly as you can see from this video: https://i.rankmath.com/aKwS20

Could you please do the same and share a video showing the steps you took to reproduce the issue?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

It’s actually working just fine on my end as well now! Did you guys do anything or did it fix itself somehow?

    Hello,

We didn’t make any modifications to the website. We simply accessed it via the log in link you provided and checked the pages after enabling the plugin.

It seems this was just a temporary issue and it’s now been fixed.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

Well, the page loads correctly however the plugin is still causing a problem. It will not let me edit the page with my Elementor Page builder if the RankMath plugin is active. If I deactivate the RankMath plugin the page builder works just fine. You will see what I mean. I have the plugin deactivated at the moment so you will have to activate it the plugin and try and edit the page

    Hello,

We would like to further debug this issue. Can you please ask for a recent error log from your hosting provider so we can determine what’s causing this issue?

Alternatively, you may share your FTP login so we can troubleshoot this deeply.

    Looking forward to helping you.

I will reach out to them and ask them for that information.
