After checking your site I have noticed that you redirected the decoded URL category (faucets/אינטרפוץ) to a product. Not sure if that is how you intend to keep this.
You should have the non-English redirected to English URLs if you opted to delete them so as to pass the link juice.
For instance rather than having this redirect to a product page /faucets/אינטרפוץ it should have redirected to the English URL here: /faucets/three-way-diverter/.
On the indexing issue, I have checked the search engine results and noticed that your URLs are already indexed. Especially those from product categories most of them are indexed as you can see in this sample URL: https://i.rankmath.com/Yoxnqc
If it shows in your GSC that they are not maybe that is a small hitch from Google and they should update that from the GSC soon. But just to confirm please share one of the URLs they claim not to be indexed.

Hi Brian, thanks for coming back to me.
Regarding redirection – I could not make a 301 reference to the old categories because “too many redirects” error appeared. Nor 410. The reference you meant is a reference of two url’s together, both English and not, and in fact useless and there was some experiment.
Regarding Google’s index – so I understand that I need to be patient .. so I hope this will end the problem 🙂
