    Following your advice I increased these values;
    PHP Time limit
    Max Input time
    Post Max size

    Previously they were:
    php_admin_value[max_execution_time]=520
    ;php_admin_value[max_input_time]=300
    php_admin_value[post_max_size]=512M

    and now they have been changed to:
    php_admin_value[max_execution_time]=600
    ;php_admin_value[max_input_time]=600
    php_admin_value[post_max_size]=768M

    Unfortunately this did not solve the problem I am having with featured images.

    Also, have you been able to look into the redirects issue I mentioned to you? It also happened after the last Rankmath update.

    I have this issue for 2 weeks already and it’s stopping me from working on my website. Can you please look into this urgently?? This is very important for me. What else can I try, please?

    The issue of the redirect I mention is:
    When I remove the Rankmath plugin I can change page titles and the URLs for posts easily. With Rankmath on, I can’t. I sent a video about this yesterday.
    This is stopping me from working on my website.

    We deeply apologize for the unexpected delays.

    As for your redirection issue or the changing of URL, I suspect this has to do with your featured image issue as well.

    Could you please share your FTP so we can debug this deeply?

    Also, if you do need to work with your website, please try to make use of the rollback feature while we find the root cause of this issue.

    With that said, If you can create a staging website, replicate the issue there and share the login with us, it would be convenient for us to further troubleshoot without worrying about breaking your live site.

    I am a bit surprised it took Rankmath 2 days to then come back to ask me for my FTP details. 🙁 I am really in a hurry to solve this issue. I am a bit hesitant to use the rollback feature in case I lose any data.

    Anyways, let’s move forwards.
    Where can I find the FTP details?

    I don’t have a staging website. I believe the other helpsdesks I am in touch create the staging website themselves?

    I have created a staging website. See URL in sensitive data please.
    Cloudways has told me that “The WordPress Dashboard (WP-admin) password for this staging will be same which is of your live site”

    The logins for the FTP of the staging site are in the sensitive data section too.

    I have found a workaround to change the URLs of some posts. I see that the number of redirects in the redirection tab is very high (even when the change of URL was yesterday). Do you know why? Thank you.

    PD – add it to this thread as it might be related to the issue of the featured images.

    The details you added in the Sensitive Data Section are incomplete. Following things are missing:

    1) Login link for the Staging site. I tried to login using /wp-admin, /wp-login.php which are default WP login links but both these links are showing 404 errors.

    2) The WordPress username & password. In your previous reply, you mentioned the staging site password will be the same as live but you have not shared with us the admin username and password of the live site. In the Sensitive Data Section, I only see the temporary login link.

    3) FTP host is missing in the FTP details.

    Please add these 3 things so we can further debug the issue.

    It doesn’t look like your hosting team has changed the Execution time, post max size & input time: https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/featured-images-on-posts-can-be-removed-nor-updated/page/2/?view=all#post-299448

    They are still showing old values which is too low. You can also check this in the Status & Tools page under the Server tab: https://wordpressmu-670733-2297416.cloudwaysapps.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-status

    I also couldn’t access the Plugins page on your staging site.

    I have asked Cloudways to check the PHP Execution time, post max size & input time.
    I also told them you can’t access the plugin tab in the staging site.

    Please check the screencast I added in the Sensitive Data Section. The PHP configuration is still showing old values and the plugins page gives an error: ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’. Even the Site Health page under Tools is not accessible.

    We still cannot access the Site Health page under Tools on the staging site, please may you elevate the privileges to do so. Please may you also install and activate the health check and troubleshooting plugin. This will help us determine the source the issue.

    Our troubleshooting so far has established that something is blocking jQuery for all plugins on your website. We still need to establish what is preventing jQuery from loading and why.

    Thank you for your message. I have contacted Cloudways again. I have also created admin from the Network dashboard of my multisite. Hopefully you have access now to site health tab and plugins tab. The Temporary login link is still valid for Rankmath. See sensitive data please.
