    On a multi-site environment, we recommend installing Rank Math on the main site and activating the plugin individually on the sub-sites.

    However, we might need to take a closer look at the issue. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please try these 3 things with featured images

    1. REMOVE Featured images so there is none on the post.
    2. ADD a featured image (so they are added to posts when there is none on the posts)
    3. UPDATE a featured image (replaces a featured image where there is one already on the post).

    The only way it seems to work is when Rankmath is disabled on the Network dashboard, but then I lose all my redirects etc…

    Divi was helping me to look again into things as I am very eager to solve this issue that is going on for almost 9 days now.

    Unfortunately, when you tried to log in today, we were just disabling all plugins to establish again the issue. Hence Temporary login link you have got temporarily disabled. Please try again as the plugin is enabled now and the link should work.

    I am sorry about this. I think it happened because of enabling & disabling all plugins for testing.

    Hello,

    I logged into your website’s admin area and was able to replicate the issue.

    Upon investigating, I noticed that there are a few errors reported in the console that is related to Divi and Content AI of Rank Math.

    However, I wanted to investigate if this is caused by a conflict by I was unable to access the plugins page. The access is denied.

    Could you please share the main site access with admin rights so that we can properly troubleshoot the issue?

    Also, please see if any errors are reported in the error logs. If yes, you can share them with us so that we can understand the insights if the issue.

    Thank you for your message.
    My excuses, I thought I had given you access to the Network and 2 subsites. I looked again and did the same from the Network dashboard. Now you are Super Admin and you should have access to everything. Hopefully, you got a notification about this.

    I don’t know where the error log is and I don’t feel so relaxed about modifying the wp-config.php file. Hence I contacted Cloudways and asked them to help me locate the error log. If there is something else I can do please let me know.

    I think that the new update of Rankmath also has created an issue with creating redirects. Could you also look into the redirects please?

    I have been without working on my website for 11 days now. Is there a way to temporarily revert to an old version of Rankmath or something else, so that I can keep on working on my website?

    The AJAX requests to update the Featured Image is getting timed-out on your site and it seems to happen only on the posts havings lots of data. Please contact your hosting team and ask them to increase the following:
    PHP Time limit
    Max Input time
    Post Max size

    This should fix the issue. Please let us know if you still face any issues after increasing the values.

    All my posts have the same amount of data. To which posts are you referring to?
    The more I can pinpoint the problem origin, the quicker it will solve, hopefully.

    Also, have you been able to look into the redirects issue created by the new Rankmath update?

    Can I use an older version of Rankmath. Before the new update everything worked perfectly.

    1. I checked the issue on post with ID 256777 ( site_url/wp-admin/post.php?post=256777&action=edit ).

    2. Can you please give us some more details of what exactly is not working in the Redirections. I tried adding a Redirection rule from the Redirections page, and it worked fine.

    3. Yes, you can Rollback to the previous version of Rank Math from the Status & Tools page: https://rankmath.com/kb/version-control/#num-1-1-how-to-rollback-rank-math-to-a-previous-version
