You need to have ACF activated on your site for this option to be available. Could you please let us know whether you have the standalone ACF plugin activated or it is bundled in one of your plugins/theme?

Rank Math is currently unable to detect ACF if it is bundled in a theme which is the case on your site. I have made a change in Rank Math on your site by modifying the module settings in seo-by-rank-math/includes/module/class-manager.php to the following:

Thanks for the question.
Yes Rank Math is now able to analyse content within ACF fields. The problem is arising from the fact that the ACF module which is disabled by default does not detect the ACF plugin when it is bundled in a theme. It currently checks if its installed as a standalone plugin.
I have made the change in the plugin code to enable this module so that Rank Math can be able to analyse ACF content.

Thank you for making the change in the plugin code but it looks like ACF content still isn’t being seen.
For example, this page https://wessimpson-weddings.com/gallery/celebrity-and-famous-faces
RarkMath SEO ‘additional’ is saying “Focus Keyword not found in subheading(s) like H2, H3, H4, etc..” But this page has a title and subtile at the top of the page and when I inspect elements I see H2 H3. Please can you clarify things for me?

In addition to the above, my home page H1 title (single line of text) is being read x3 times.
I have raised these issues on my themes facebook page (Flowtheme) and tagged RankMarh in the thread as there seem to be conflicting responses.
It also appears RankMath isn’t reading any ACF in regards to page titles H2-5. In addition to this Flowtheme are saying RankMath is compatible and after communication with rankMath have released an update. They advised that I don’t need the ‘code’ you added and this might cause problems.
As you can appreciate, I am really confused, especially as they are now advising me to use other analysis tools.
Please, can you advise and provide clarity.

Thank you for investigating this and consulting the dev team.
It appears the home page H1 is a bug with that ‘block’ whithin my theme. I am looking to fix this.
However, RankMath is missing a number of ACF title blocks and presenting “No H2/3” etc warning.
Take these pages for exaple:

However H2/3 are being read within wordpress blocks.
Also I have just recieved this email warning:
