I have purchased 7500 monthly credits for Content AI.
I have connected the account to Rankmath that I have used to purchase the credits but for some reasons it is not connecting and giving me the error that says Your site is blocked. Please contact support.There is another ticket. It has been more than 24 hours no body responded so I have to create aonther one. Please check into this issue and help me resolve it.

To resolve this issue, please make sure you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the credits. Then, head over to your Rank Math account area and check if the remaining credits are displayed correctly. You can do this by navigating to Rank Math > Account > Websites or by visiting this URL: Rank Math Account Area.
If the credit count is correct but not displaying on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by going to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
After doing so, please refresh the credits count in your Content AI settings to request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
