Urgent HELP – Google Search Console Issue

    Hello Rankmath support team! This is Donald, one of your happy Rankmath plugin users.

    I’m currently experiencing an issue within my GSC.

    Ever since I re-installed Rankmath back into my WordPress blog like 1-2 weeks ago, I’ve been noticing that my data on GSC has stopped updating.

    The only thing I noticed was that it keeps changing the dates as usual but stopped showing the correspondence data specific to each day. Please, see the screenshots to see what I mean.

    Another thing is all my FAQ, Breadcrumbs, Sitelinks Searchbox in the enhancement has dropped close to almost zero. You can check the screenshot for this as well.

    I tried to comprehend why this happening but find it hard to make any guess.

    Is it because I moved Yoast to the Rankmath plugin? I don’t know at all.

    Please, what do you think I can do to resolves this issue once and for all.

  • I’ve added the php redirection code as specified from the knowledge base article above.

    Please check it for me if it’s working properly now.

    Thank you for the follow-up, and apologies for the delay.

    I’ve checked your sitemap, and it seems that the sitemap.xml URL is still redirecting to your homepage. And the yourdomain.com?sitemap=1 is still showing your sitemap.

    Could you please confirm if you have added it in .htaccess file of your website’s root directory? Please also clear your site’s cache, and make sure your sitemap’s already excluded in your caching:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
