    A week ago I posted a support ticket about a failure to update the Rank Math Pro plugin, https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/unable-to-update-rank-math/. Is was pointed out that “It seems that you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.” I responded to this post, but not has answered it.

    We renewed our subscription on January 4, 2024. See the receipt here. Now, according to the receipt, it is for an annual business subscription. I do not understand why is says the subscription will end on 1/24/24. And the subscription page says we are using the free version.

    I believe that our subscription page should show that we are using the business version. Can you fix this?

    If you are still interested in using Rank Math PRO, you can try creating a new account and using that new account to purchase your Rank Math Business plan, while we refund the purchase you made on this account.

    Or if you’re no longer interested in using Rank Math, please let us know and we’ll issue the full refund.
