I have created a new nginx.conf file in your root folder and added the code for fixing the sitemap issue.
Please talk to your web host and ask them to reload/restart the Nginx service. That should fix the issue.
If it doesn’t, we will need your FTP logins to troubleshoot this further.

We created a new nginx.conf file in the root folder where you see folders lie wp-content, wp-admin, etc., as we mentioned.
Please delete that if that is causing any issues but it is unlikely.

It looks like the plugin didn’t update properly on your site. The display_admin_header() method is defined in the admin file, you should not get the error. Please remove the plugin and install it again from wp.org.
If you still get the error after reinstalling the plugin then please add your site’s admin access in the Sensitive Data Section.
