Sitemap not working

    Even with the current FTP access, I can see only 1 FTP Quota file on your server.

    To expedite the process, please test the credentials yourself before updating the post.

    Can you please add the updated credentials with proper permissions and access?

    Sorry, I have waited for days on end – your replies have been unfortunately very delayed and there’s been nothing conclusive. I have shared similar creds with Yoast in the past and my queries were resolved within 2 days.

    I shall wait for a week and check post disabling all plugins, hope it works or there’s an update to the plugin soon.

    Can you please check the credentials and check? They are not working for us.

    Unless we have the working credentials, we do not want to risk your site by editing something.

    If you can create a staging site we can try troubleshooting without FTP credentials as well since we won’t have anything to lose there.
