Ok I can give you WordPress access by using the plugin given below but I do not know how to give FTP access, I am not a technical person. I have multiple sites on my ftp so how do I give access to specific site and how do I ensure that giving access to ftp will not be an issue.

You have a captcha on the sitemap that is preventing bots from accessing it and since Google uses its Googlebot to access and crawl the sitemaps it’s getting blocked when accessing it.
The captcha seems to be coming from a tool called Immunify360 installed on your website/server.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
I talked to the web host provider and they have fixed the issue, they have done whitelisting so now immunify360 will not interfere with the domain.
So can you check now whether the issue is still occurring or has been fixed.

The Sitemap is working perfectly fine now and there is no CAPTCHA. That means Googlebot will have no problem crawling it now.

I waited for a month to see if the sitemap gets updated or not but the sitemap is still not getting updated.
