    Rank Math free

    Hello,

I am looking to migrate from Yoast to RankMath and I am using the Enfold theme on Siteground in a multisite environment. I have installed RankMath in a staging environment. I have turned on to include a Sitemap for pages and faq’s however when I click on the Sitemap URL for either there is no data. All pages are set up to be followed. Any guidance would be appreciated.

    Thank you,
    John Curtin

    Hello,

With the issues currently happening I think I will pass on changing to RankMath for my WTN website at this time. I am using it for my blog and it is working great. Thank you for your assistance.

    Regards,
    John

    Hello,

It is fine. If you decide in some time to come back using Rank Math on that site (or if you have any questions in your other site), we are here to help you.

    Looking forward to help you.

    Доброго времени суток.
Подскажите, как мне создать карту сайта и удалить старую, так как я поменял адреса ссылок на многие страницы, но в созданной ранее карте, они не обновились.

The text of my letter changes) How to create a site map and delete the old one?

    same problem here!

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

This is likely a caching issue, the URLs should be automatically updated. Could you please do the following:

    1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
    Hit the save button once.
    2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
    Hit the save button once.

    That should fix the issue.

P.S It is always recommended to exclude your sitemap URLs from caching on your site.

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please create a new forum ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
