Site partially visible on SEO PROBLEM search results

Hi Guys I’m having a problem, after months of work I did a modernization to my ecommerce site, mainly I changed the page builder (I switched to elementor) and I had the site optimized by a professional and changed the seo plugin from yoast to rank math, in early April I transferred all the work to the main site and days later the situation when I search for the products or the site itself is as follows.

before it was not this way, how is it possible to solve? why did such a thing happen? help me ..

hello alberto, thank you very much again

unfortunately I added the new sitemap on the search console and it says “impossible to recover” why?

I added the photo on the sensitive data

another thing that I would like to understand, does the sitemap need to be added in all the available urls of the site? or just put it in the main domain? I put photos attached

    thanks again to everyone

    Hi Sergio,

    1. Please delete the sitemaps from the Google Search Console.

    2. Clear your website cache and add sitemap_index.xml and *-sitemap.xml (this might be different for W3 Total Cache plugin) to the exclusion list in your Cache plugin.

    3. Add sitemap_index.xml file again to your Google Search Console.

    That should do the trick.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
