  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

The first link you added has a 404 error, could you check it?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

Hi Alberto I just updated, sorry

    Hi Sergio,

It looks like the meta description is not added to that product.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Please let me know if you find the culprit.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

hi todd, I checked on site health ” and there are no conflicts or problems on my site, all the plugins are updated

I’m really bitter, I think I feel like I made a mess going from yoast to rank math, my site was well indexed I couldn’t complain, now it seems I have lost all my work, I’m really disappointed I didn’t think I did all this damage and I can no longer get the backup of the passage …

    Hello,

Don’t worry, I am sure we will be able to help you to find the problem.

Since you say you didn’t find any plugin conflict, could you allow us to login in your website and check everything by ourselves?

To do that, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

Hi Alberto, I just added temporary data as administrator of my site on sensitive data, how long will you be able to understand the problem well?

I really hope to solve … thank you very much for the support

    Hello,

After checking the website, I have seen that your Rank Math plugin is working fine (meta titles and descriptions are added to the source code of each product), sitemap is also working fine (it was updated recently)…

I went to Google and looked for one of the products that are displaying the right metadata in their source code. But instead of loading the website, I loaded the cache version Google has and I found the following thing: The website version Google has is from the 6th of February.

It is completely normal your meta title and descriptions are not displaying fine, Google hasn’t found them (yet).

But that is good, you don’t have to be worried about your website not working fine.

So, what can you do? Well, you should wait until Google crawls again all your pages (it could be in a few hours or few days). Also, be sure to add (if you haven’t done it already) your sitemap to the Google Search console.

For faster indexing of your pages, please take a look at the following article: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/

We really look forward to helping you.

Thanks alberto, so you confirm that there is no problem? the import from yoast to rank did not give any problems?

would you recommend me to add a new sitemap on google? can you advise me to add it also to my home site or isn’t it necessary?

Hi Alberto I’m sorry but I can’t create a new sitemap on my site, it tells me it’s impossible to recover, how can I solve it? , I don’t want to mess up …

another thing I ask you, the link you sent me regarding bees, I read that the same can only be used for job offers or live streaming, mine is an ecommerce and therefore cannot be suitable is correct ? I don’t want to go against google …

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

I have checked your sitemap and it is working as expected. You can find the link of your sitemap here: https://domain.com/sitemap_index.xml.

You will need to submit this sitemap to your search console to ensure that Google continues to index your posts.

another thing I ask you, the link you sent me regarding bees, I read that the same can only be used for job offers or live streaming, mine is an ecommerce and therefore cannot be suitable is correct ? I don’t want to go against google
Yes you can skip the usage of this plugin in this case.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

hello Michael, thanks for replying, do I have to copy the link (which I just put on sensitive data) and paste it on the appropriate box on the search console?

if I click on the given link, a blank page appears, is this normal?

    • This reply was modified 1 month ago by Sergio.

    Hello,

if I click on the given link, a blank page appears, is this normal?” Not really. If you click in the sitemap link I added to the Sensitive Data section, you will see the right sitemap.

And if you check the difference between both URLs, the only change is the one I gave you uses www. In the one without www, you can find the following error: “Unsafe attempt to load URL https://www.smartbomb.shop/main-sitemap.xsl from frame with URL https://smartbomb.shop/sitemap_index.xml. Domains, protocols and ports must match.

So, it seems it can be a plugin conflict. To be sure if it is and to troubleshoot the issue, you can follow these steps:

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
