    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Is it possible that you have another plugin that is generating a sitemap on your site?
    Could you please perform the a conflict test by performing the steps outlined on the following help page: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

    It would also help if you could FTP into the root of your site directory and check whether there is a static sitemap file and delete it.

    Hello, before writing to the forum …. I had already done this test, I always do it. In the staging area, or using the method described by you through the Health Check plugin ….. I deactivated all the plugins leaving only RanK Math Seo active and deactivating the premium theme. As you can see from the link ……. the problem presents itself anyway. I would also like to add that in FTP there are no files like: sitemap.xml and …. your plugin has always worked until a few days ago. If I give you the access credentials in a confidential manner … could you do a more in-depth analysis?

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    Would you mind sharing some temporary FTP access as well so that I can dig deeper into this issue? I have tested this with Google XML sitemaps as well but the sitemap is not generated for this plugin.

    Thanks for the patience.

    It is likely that your host recently changed the security protocols on your server. The sitemap page is reporting the following error on the JS console:
    “Unsafe attempt to load URL https://www.tabaccheriamarini.com/main-sitemap.xsl from frame with URL https://www.staging2.tabaccheriamarini.com/sitemap_index.xml. Domains, protocols and ports must match.”

    Please get in touch with your host about this issue so that they can resolve this from their end.

    I heard the support of Site ground, they find nothing. In the meantime, however, ….. I did tests on a copy site ……. and I noticed that by deactivating and re-activating a WPML plugin …. the site map is visible but then after a while ………. still not visible.
    I repeat that the plugin and the sitemap have always worked. I can’t say if it happened after an update but now I remember …… after having emptied the cache of the site map … it started to create this problem for me.

    However, the problem remains that SEO ANALYTICS does not produce results.

    Doesn’t seem like you had checked for plugin/theme conflict properly.

    I just used the Health Check to enable troubleshooting mode and the sitemap is working properly when only Rank Math plugin is enabled.

    That means, either your theme or one of your plugins is causing the issue:
    sitemap working

    Please enable each plugin one by one in the troubleshooting mode until you find the one causing this issue.

    I have disabled the troubleshooting mode for now.

    In fact I found the plugin responsible: WPML, I wrote to the support and they say:
    I see that we have a compatibility ticket for the Rank Math Seo plugin and the sitemaps don’t actually work properly. The author is aware of this but it is a feature that he must add. We will shortly publish an announcement in this regard, but at the moment we can only suggest not using this feature.

    Let us talk to them and see what can be done and if it indeed WPML is causing the issue.

    I am very happy with your plugin. Before I used the plugin: Premium Seo Pack and now I’m using yours, too bad though … that I didn’t import data from Premium Seo Pack but only from Yoast Seo and All in One SEo Pack. I would appreciate very much if you make a paid version with many other functions, without limiting the current ones and maybe even a Ranck Tracker to monitor the position of the keywords.

    However, the problem remains that the analysis of the site does not produce the result. Can you also investigate this?

    Then there is yet another aspect that I would like to tell you. I entered the META SEO using the editor in the woocommerce product list and then to be able to view the actual score …. I am forced to update each product individually. Having about 2000 products … you will understand that it is not feasible. is there a way to display the actual score?

    Please contact WPML to solve the problem. A further clarification:
    In particular, the question plugin is WPML Multilingual CMS. That is: active the following plugins one at a time: WooCommerce Multilingual, WPML CMS Nav, WPML Media, WPML Sticky Links, WPML String Translation, WPML Translation Management and ….. the Rank Math sitemap is visible, then active: WPML Multilingual CMS and the site map is more visible.
    N: B: The WPML Multilingual CMS plugin is working only if the plugins are active and installed: WooCommerce Multilingual, WPML CMS Nav, WPML Media, WPML Sticky Links, WPML String Translation, WPML Translation Management

    N.B. the site is online, do not test it … so as not to create inconvenience to customers. If you want I can create a staging area for you. Thank you!

    I do understand your concern. Rank Math is free and the current version you have will always remain free.

    ​We do plan on releasing a paid version but that will have additional features. The Free version will always remain free with all the features you see in the plugin right now.
    Our developers will be talking to the guys from WPML and we will be reaching out soon after to give you an update about this issue.

    In regards to the SEO analysis issue, please ensure that you are running the latest version of the plugin and do a hard refresh on your browser clear any cached data. You could also go ahead and test this from an incognito window.

    Please note that some JS is required to run on the page so that the SEO score can be calculated and this is why the page has to be updated for this to work correctly.
