Which crawling errors are you facing? Could you share a screenshot (you can upload it to https://ibb.co/ and share the image URL in the Sensitive Data section)?
Also, are you using a cache plugin? If yes, remember you need to exclude your sitemaps from caching.

I already switched the “Include Empty Terms” on and it was solved then I a thought to contact you came to my mind. Mybe I will do it next time when it gives another error.
It was a 404 sitemap not available error when I inspected the sitemap URL.
How do I exclude it from the cache?

To exclude from caching you should find the URL exclusion option on your caching plugin then add all your sitemap URLs, including your post, page and taxonomy sitemaps.

I told you, it won’t take long before the error pops up again. I am now forced to “Include Empty Terms” in the categories and terms setting which often solves the problems.
Have a look at it and let me know what the issue might be before I toggle the setting on.

Did you clear you site cache and exclude your sitemap from being cached? Could you please resave your permalink settings then save your sitemap settings again and check if the issue persists.
Did you submit only your main sitemap (sitemap_index.xml)? If not please do.
If the issue still persists we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

The Issue came back again. I removed all the sitemaps from the cache but still got an error. I also save the post URL on the settings sections and rank math too.

You don’t seem to have added your sitemaps correctly to be excluded from your caching plugin. I did this by adding /.*sitemap*. under Performance > Page cache > Never Cache these pages(advanced section).
