SEO Title Will Not Change

    Hi, I just updated to the latest version and noticed that I am unable to change the SEO title. I change it, but it does not save for some reason. There isn’t a save button, but I don’t think there was before, either. I used to change it and it would autosave. I noticed that it just keeps the title I had. Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi Michael,

    So I just checked, again, and although I am able to update the SEO title using the “edit snipet feature, it does not save. When I refresh the page, the old title reappears. Any idea what I need to do?

    Please create a screencast of the issue from your end using https://www.loom.com and share with us in the sensitive section.

    Hi Michael,

    So I went on your forum and saw that you posted videos on what to do (for someone else who had this issue). For some reason, when you go to the page and change the “Edit Snippet” section, it will change, but when you check it, it just reverts back to the previous one.

    I noticed that you said to check the schema, etc. I went in and looked on that part (not using Elementor), and edited the snippet from there. It changed and worked. So for some reason, changing it in Elementor does not work. You have to change it from the WordPress and schema area.

    It may be an issue with Elementor. I have not updated Elementor because I customized the site and cannot update it without losing all of my changes.
