    Hi I have a website and when i check the SEO preformance its all 0(check below) but the thing is I know people are visiting my website so I tried on another device and then I waited for the preformance to update but it is still 0

    We can see the data is fetching from your Search console but the values are almost 0. In this case, can you please share a screenshot of the traffic data from Google Search Console for the last 30 days? So that we can compare it with the data coming through in the Analytics module.

    I assume you’re asking how to take a screenshot of the traffic data from Google Search Console for the last 30 days. This is what we need to compare with the data in the Analytics module of Rank Math.

    To do that, you need to follow these steps:

    • Log in to your Google Search Console account and select your site.
    • Click on Performance on the left sidebar menu.
    • Make sure the date range is set to the last 30 days in the top right corner.
    • Scroll down to see the graphs and tables of your site’s performance data, such as total clicks, impressions, average CTR, and average position.
    • Take a screenshot of the whole page or the relevant parts that you want to share with us. You can use any tool or method that you prefer to take a screenshot. For example, you can use the Snipping Tool on Windows or the Command + Shift + 4 shortcut on Mac.
    • Save the screenshot as an image file on your computer and upload it to any file-sharing service, such as Imgur, Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer. Make sure the file is accessible by anyone with the link.
    • Share the link with us via the sensitive data section of your support ticket.

    It seems that your website is new. Can you please confirm? If it is, then the sample data from Google is very little at the moment.

    If the sample data is very small, due to sampling issues the data might not be able to be imported into our Analytics module, thus, you are not seeing the graph in the analytics page of our plugin.

    I suggest giving it some time for your website to gain more stats and Rank Math will eventually import the data to the analytics page and display the data.

    Since the site is new, please wait till your site’s performance improves in SERPs and when there is enough data in your GSC account that can get fetched via API, our plugin will fetch it and show the stats in our analytics dashboard.
