1. At first add the following filter to your website:

2. After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending:

When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us. You can upload the log file using this tool.

Please note that you can also directly modify your theme’s functions.php file but it can cause issues if not done correctly.

You need to access your WordPress root directory and follow the path to wp-content/uploads/rank-math.

The most popular way to access your WordPress Directory files is through the cPanel. It’s basically the Control Panel offered by the Site Hosting Provider.

Alternatively, you can take advantage of the File Transfer Protocol offered by your Hosting Provider as well.

If you do not feel comfortable with any of these mentioned methods above, you can also try out a third-party plugin-based solution as well.

To help you out a bit, you can play around with any of these popular plugins such as File Manager or Advanced File Manager.

However, if you are unsure about any of the options above you can also contact your site hosting provider and request them to share that file with you so that you can share it with us.

To access your WordPress root directory and find the Analytics log file, you can use a WordPress Plugin or Hostinger’s file manager, or an FTP client.

• A relatively easy way to find the analytics log file is to navigate to WordPress > Plugins > Add New and search for “File Manager“, install and activate it. Then navigate to WP File Manager > wp-content > uploads > rank math
• If you want to use Hostinger’s file manager, you need to log in to your hPanel and go to Websites > Manage. Then, click on File Manager and navigate to wp-content > uploads > rank math in the public_html folder.
• If you use an FTP client, you need to connect to your server using your FTP credentials. You can find them under Websites > Manage > FTP Accounts on your hPanel. Once connected, you can follow the same path as above to locate the rank-math folder and the Analytics log file.

Once you find the file, please upload it using this tool and share the link with us. This will help us identify the cause of your issue and provide a solution.
