    Please make sure you have connected the website with your Rank Math account at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Helps.

    If it doesn’t work, it would appear your web server is blocking access to our API.

    Please make sure to whitelist the IP 134.90.148.98 and the user-agent RankMathChecker/2.0.0; https://rankmath.com.

    If you are not sure, please ask your web hosting provider to do it for you.

    Once done, you can run the SEO Analysis once again.

    I’m having the same issue.
    Tried to whitelist RankMath server’s IP and user agent but still not wortking.
    Any other idea ?

    Dear Todd, I encounter the same issue. Your IP and user agent are already whitelisted. Analysing tool was working very well until yesterday and it went down suddenly without any apparent reason.
    Apparently a lot of users are experiencing the same. Don’t you think there’s a problem by your side?

    Hi I have been having the same issue for 3 weeks with no solution only to discover . Guess what?

    My site , i had put it on “Maintanance Mode”

    Hi Prince, i think you’re talking about “Invalid server response” error message.
    Wich is effectively the error message when you put a site in maintenance mode even on the online analyser RankMath tool. But in our case the error message is just “API error:” with no more details.

    Sorry for the issues. Our online analyzer tool uses the same checker API as the SEO Analysis inside the plugin. The tool on our site is able to check your site correctly, which suggests that the issue is not on our side.

    We will need to take a closer look at the settings on your site and try some changes in the plugin code to find what is causing this issue. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead of the login details:

    I’m having the same issue. On the back office the analyse run to a “Erreur API: ” but it works on you online tool here.

    What can i do please ?
