The FTP logins are not working. The Rank Math support staff has tried endless times to login with these logins but they are not working.

Can you please give me a working set of FTP logins including the Port number (if it is not the default 21) so I can send it to them and they can fix this issue ASAP. If not, can you remove the robots.txt from the root of my XXX website?

With that said, we have been nothing but helpful to you despite Rank Math being a free plugin. If you wish to check if the FTP details work, you should maybe try logging in with those details before handing them over to us?

I have been able to login and I’ve renamed the robots.txt file. This should be sufficient to fix the issue and allow Rank Math to generate a dynamic robots file.
