The issue of duplicate schema on your website is coming from the plugin CTX Feed Pro. That plugin is also creating a product schema on your page. On the staging site that plugin is disabled and as such it’s not creating any duplication.
You can easily test this by enabling the plugin on the staging site and you’ll immediately see the duplication.
I would recommend that you get in touch with the plugin developers and ask them if they have any filter or setting that would remove the schema markup from the page, in order to eliminate this duplication.
