Then the PRO subscription is with this account: https://digitalonlinetools.com
The website in question https://gypsytours.pk/ has the PRO plugin installed so if you connect that site to your Rank Math account with the email address of b************@y******** which doesn’t have any active PRO subscription, the activation will not work and that includes the Content AI.
You will have to deactivate the PRO plugin on the website, reconnect your b************@y******** Rank Math account to enable the Content AI feature, or otherwise, merge the two accounts to use both the PRO and Content AI features.

For the PRO subscription and Content AI credits to work together, both subscriptions need to be on the same account.
On the account you used to open the ticket you only have the Content AI subscription, so if you reconnect the website to your account the PRO subscription will not be active.
If you are only interested in having the Content AI credits, please disable the PRO plugin by going to WordPress Dashboard > Plugins and then reset the credits by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > General Settings > Content AI and clicking the little circling arrow near the credit count.
In case you want to keep using the PRO plugin, the Content AI subscription needs to be transferred to the Business account handling the PRO plugin on your website and you need to get in touch with the manager responsible for giving you that subscription to associate the credits with this website.
