Rankmath Buddyboss page issue - Support

this ticket is for the Buddyboss theme and only getting the message “Page Not Found” on one browser tab at the top title.

If I disable Rankmath plugin it displays correctly. Is there a conflict that can be looked at as to why this message only appears on this page? It has been happening this way for a very long time (6 month +).

There was been a previous issue opened on this (#75944), but I am still getting the Not found message.

Can you provide the solution and has this been resolved with Buddyboss?

Have you tried conducting the plugin/theme conflict test? If you haven’t done it yet, you might also need to check. Please follow this guideline: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If the issue persists, we need to check this one over your admin settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Hi,
Thank you for the information on how to check the plugins using “Health Check & Troubleshooting”

With it, I was able to find the plugin that conflicts, “Advanced Ads – Selling Ads” from https://wpadvancedads.com/ Have you experience conflicts with this plugin before? All other plugins work, except for that plugin.

FYI, using Buddyboss for the theme.

How do we help to resolve and find the issue?

I did also open a ticket to Advanced Ads too. Here is their response, but can’t seem to find the issue.

They are suggesting it is the SHOP page on the site. Here is the text:

I tried to reproduce the issue and found that the shop entry page adopts the title from the posts/page I visited last.

I assume the issue within the settings of the “Titles & Meta” settings from Rank Math or a missing page title assign on the shop page itself.

You can assign a static page as shop overview page under WooCommerce > Settings > Products. Please see if adding a page title to the Rank Math settings on this page works.

Hello,

I checked your site and using the the troubleshooting plugin, I was able to find the conflicting setup being the Advanced Ads – Selling Ads plugin.

When disabled, the title shows up as expected. Would you mind getting in touch with the plugin team to look into why this affects the title of the page?

Yes, will get in touch with them. Did you change any settings in Rankmath to make this work? Just asking because I have another site too that is experiencing the same problem and want to keep in sync.

Thanks for getting back to us.

We didn’t perform any change on Rank Math settings. Just simply disabling the plugin corrected the error.
