    After updating rank math, RTNET SubSync stopped working for me

    RTNET SubSync (it’s an integrator with an ordering accounting program) is there any option for it to work (I made it backed by one version, it didn’t help, it turned out to be a surprise after it was turned off.

    Hello,

    We suggested chrome to record a screencast. If not screencast, can you list the steps to recreate the issue? Steps like:
    1) Go to page: {Page link}
    2) Import/Export/Upload _ _ _
    3) Click button and so on
    ?

    The steps you shared in the pdf file is not clear to us. The pdf file just has the spreadsheet screenshots with no Error details and steps to reproduce the issue.

    The instructions are pictures showing errors – I can not give you a link because it is an external sunbsyns application that needs to be installed on your computer – I have been repeating it over and over again for several weeks – is it so difficult to understand – I think it’s a matter of good will and that someone in the blanket took up the topic
