Hi
I have checked with my SYS team and according to them, our website runs on cloudaccess.net and not on Cloudflare. So please look into the issue and try to resolve it.
Hello,
Can you please try clearing the cache from any server-level caching services you have on your server? Checking on your admin dashboard, the asset files are not defined so the SEO controls are not properly loaded as you can see in my screenshot below:
I tried re-installing the plugin but it doesn’t seem to have helped with the issue.
Kindly check with your hosting provider if you have any security service that may have been blocking our files on your website.
If the issue persists, please reply here so we can share this ticket with our development team.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi,
As per your concern, we have checked with our team and they responded
We do not have any server-side caching on our end and mod_security doesn’t seem to be enabled on your site. We have also run a reset on your site’s file and folder permission. So please check again from your side that if the problem can be fixed.
Hello,
We apologize for the issue.
Allow me to investigate this issue with our development team.
We should get back to you shortly and we appreciate your time and patience in the meantime.
Thank you.
Please try to resolve this issue as soon as possible
Hello,
Your server is outputting an empty charset which is what we mentioned previously that you should check with your hosting provider:
Because of this issue, the regular expressions are failing on your website and our plugin cannot load.
As soon as you fix this within the server configuration the regular expressions will start working and the plugin will load.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Please find below the response from our Cloudaccess team
Ajay,
I’m sorry for the delay on this ticket, but I wanted to be sure we got this right. I researched this issue and wondered why the WordPress plugin developer doesn’t know how this works. That HTTP header content-type/charset is set by the WordPress application itself (and WordPress Themes). I tested this on our company’s default WordPress sites and that header was correct with the charset set to UTF-8. It looks like something happened on your website maybe during some updates/migrations because the charset was not set at all in the WordPress database, and options table (screenshot attached with the option already updated by us).
You can send this to those WordPress plugin developers, so they know for future cases where these options in WordPress are located.Regards,

Hello,
We know exactly where to find this but we provide support for our plugin, not for issues with the WordPress installation itself.
Regarding the issue, the word counter from WordPress is also failing on your website so this is not only an issue with our plugin and we recommend that you get in touch with the hosting provider and ask them why there’s this error for the word counter file from WordPress:
Unless this fundamental error in your WordPress installation is fixed there’s no way for our plugin to work on the website correctly.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Ok, thanks for this information. We will fix the WordPress issue ourselves. And for now, the Rank Math Plugin is fixed and working fine on the Website.
Hello,
We are happy this helped resolve your issue. If you need help again in the future, do not hesitate to ask.
Thank you.
