Rank Math Not Receiving Any Data From Google Analytics - Support

I recently noticed that RankMath is not showing any data since April 2nd. I’m not sure if this has anything to do with Google Analytics potentially being incorrectly configured with RankMath, but I don’t think that’s the case.

When looking at the connection of Google Analytics within RankMath it seems to be connected properly. I’ve attached a few images below to take a closer look. I am using Google’s Site Kit plugin to install any Google-related codes/tags to the site.

What do you suggest I do so RankMath can correctly begin showing data again? Also, will this retroactively apply to the previous weeks RankMath hasn’t collected data?

Hello,

I logged in to your website, cleared the website cache, and saved the settings.

Also, the statistics shown in Rank Math’s analytics section would not fully match the Google Search Console as we only track posts and keywords that rank below the top 100 positions in the selected timeframe.

Any updates here? I’ve also updated RankMath to the most recent version as well. It’s still not showing the correct data.

Hello,

I can check that the cron jobs are not working fine on your site and that’s why the data is not being fetched properly:

Please get in touch with your host and ask them to fix the issue with WP-Cron. Once done, the data fetch should work fine and the correct stats should be visible in the Analytics dashboard.

Thanks for your patience and help with this. I spoke with my hosting provider, SiteGround, and they said the issue was being caused by Cloudflare’s Bot Fight mode. So I toggled it off, deleted the data in RankMath, and started the fetch again.

I’m hoping that this solves the issue, but I will check back in a few hours and let you know.
