  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please try rebuilding the index, then manually deleting old imported data, and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps:

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button rebuid
    2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’
    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
    4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

Hi. Thank you for this information. I’ve followed your steps and will report back if I have any other issues.

How long does this data import typically take?

Usually, it will take a couple of minutes to an hour.

Let us know how that goes.

We are here to help you.

It’s been about 12 hours and I am not seeing any data being pulled. See the image I’ve attached below.

    No data from RankMath

Could it be something new with Google Analytics 4 and the old one?

In the free version, the data is fetched from the Search Console.

Please check if there is a pending Scheduled Action, go to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending:

Run the rank_math/analytics/data_fetch scheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete.

You can check the progress at Rank Math > Analytics.

Let us know if the issue persists.

We are here to help you.

I ran this scheduled action, but the issue has persisted. It’s saying that the fetch is still in progress. It’s been about 24-48 hours since I clicked “run.”

Please reconnect the Google account, to regenerate the auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings:

Then, edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

Thanks. I have submitted the sensitive information for the temporary login.

I started a manual fetch and the stats have started to appear in the Analytics Dashboard:

Please wait for the fetch to complete and let us know if you need any other assistance.

Thank you. It seems as though no extra data has been added since you started. How long do these fetches typically take?

Depending on how large the data from GSC will be imported and your server’s hardware resources, usually, it takes 40 minutes to more than an hour.

Let us know how that goes. I can see that the process has been completed.

    Looking forward to helping you.

Thank you. It does look complete, but the data isn’t adding up correctly. In RankMath, it looks as though it’s pulling from a Blogspot blog that I had years ago. When I go to change that in RankMath, it won’t let me. When I added the correct one upon first reaching out to your support, it would switch back once I clicked “Save.”

    GSC not showing properly

To change the selected property, reconnect with Google and configure the settings again:

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.

    I’ve done that.

But when I hit “Save,” it reverts goes back to the Blogspot blog.

    GSC 2

I’ve done this a number of times and have not had any luck on it saving properly.
