Rank Math does not subtract well the credits used in AI

    I’m starting to test the new AI feature.

    I did my first keyword query and went from 5 credits to 4, so far good.

    AI has not shown me any results in Questions and Links so I thought my keyword was too long for AI and did a second query with a shorter phrase, but my credits went from 4 to 2 so I lost a credit without using it.

    IA does not discount credits well.

  • I have relaunched a query as you indicate but it does not let me because the credits are left at zero. The two unused credits have not been restored.
    Yesterday you asked me what query I had launched, the last one is “kenwood cooking chef xl”, the other two I don’t remember because they were tests to know the tool.

    We have not rejected giving a solution for this ticket and our dev team is already aware of the situation and we’ll provide an update to our website and the way the Content AI credits are accounted but at the moment this has not yet been implemented.

    We never give up on our users, it was just taking longer to pinpoint the exact issue and we were in discussions with the dev team on how to proceed further.

    The needles are now aligned and we expect a fix for this in the near future.
