Rank Math does not subtract well the credits used in AI

    I’m starting to test the new AI feature.

    I did my first keyword query and went from 5 credits to 4, so far good.

    AI has not shown me any results in Questions and Links so I thought my keyword was too long for AI and did a second query with a shorter phrase, but my credits went from 4 to 2 so I lost a credit without using it.

    IA does not discount credits well.

    Our Content AI will utilize one credit when you research for a new keyword and then store the researched data on your server. When a credit is used, our Content AI would analyze and provide you useful data such as:

    – Word count, link count, heading count, and media count based on what is currently ranking for the analyzed keyword
    – Relevant keywords to use, their Ad competition, CPC, and Search Volume
    – Related questions to answer and external links you can add to your content

    So, if you’re analyzing the same keyword once again on any post or page on your website, our Content AI will make use of the stored data without using any new credit.

    However, if you decide to get the latest recommendations for the same keyword, our Content AI will run through a new analysis, and for this new analysis, additional credit will be used.

    First of all, thanks for her reply, but this is not my situation.

    I analyzed a keyword and my credits went from 5 to 4.
    As I did not like the result of the AI, I made a new query and my credits went from 4 to 2 (I lost two credits at the same time).

    After your answer I thought that you would not give me a solution because you assumed that I was wrong and I understand because I guess this is the usual thing. So I decided to let it be thinking that this was a plugin specific bug and it would not happen again.

    Today I started a new article and added the words “Kenwood cooking chef XL” in IA and my credits have gone from 2 to 0 again. As I did not like the result, I had decided to do a second search, but since it has returned to subtract two credits at the same time I have not been able to do it.

    Reinelle, I have been trying Rank Math for several days to become a PRO and it is not my intention to obtain credits that do not correspond to me, but this type of event is not a good experience. Please, if you have access to my data, review the queries I have made to IA, you will see three queries with a consumption of five credits.

    I do not even pretend that you return the unused credits to me, only that this problem is solved, because if I contract the PRO, I will have 25 credits but I will only be able to make 12 inquiries.

    We’ve tried logging in to your site, but it seems that there’s a firewall preventing us from accessing your site. I’ve attached a screenshot in the sensitive data section.

    Please disable the firewall or you can whitelist/open access to countries India, Portugal, and the Philippines to investigate this issue on your site.

    Upon checking your account, I found that only 3 out of the 5 Credits are being used.

    I was able to login into your website’s admin area and I’ve reconnected your Rank Math account from Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.

    You should be able to use 2 more credits now. The credits would be updated on your dashboard upon researching a keyword.

    Could you please let us know which keyword were you researching so that we can check it on our end?

    Where have you seen that there are two credits left?
    If I access the entry I’m working on, it puts 0 credits.
    I am attaching a link to the image on the confidential data screen.
    You can see it yourself and access the draft entry.
