That’s quite odd as I can’t replicate this on my end.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately it looks like the issue is still related to your theme. I have just performed a test by running Rank Math + One signal + Twenty Nineteen theme using the classic editor and everything worked perfectly.

If you are unable to get some help from the theme author, I can suggest that you seek the help of a freelance developer to fix the conflict.
