Hello greetings, For long now, i have been using Classic Editor wordpress plugin, today this morning i try to use wordpress v5.2 without classic editor plugin, i found out that OneSignal plugin is conflicting with Rank Math Seo Plugin, it is making me not able to edit my meta descriptions or add focus keywords, or even add rating to the post below.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Thanks for the access.
There are a bunch of JS errors reported on your pages which suggest that there is a conflict between JS composer and your theme which are causing this issue. The errors are still reported after Rank Math and One signal are deactivated.
I would suggest that you check whether the issue can be reproduced when you temporarily switch to one of the stock WP themes.
