    Hi,

    Having a problem again with disappearing credits. Approximately 60 remaining credits are no longer showing/available in my account. Can someone please assist?

    We have converted your previous content AI to our new Content AI 2.0, and these Content AI credits will renew monthly until your subscription expires.

    Do note that it is a continuation of your Content credit plan and will only be charged yearly. With which it will renew on May 14, 2024, but we have bumped you to a higher plan, free of charge, for being a loyal customer.

    Princess,

    I just realized there’s a problem with this new setup. It limits me to the equivalent (to the subscription I purchased) of being able to use only 10 credits per month.

    Where as with the credits that I had before I was able to use as many as I paid for as needed.

    If I need to use more than 10 equivalent credits to my last set of purchased credits I need to wait until the next month??

    And if so, how do I revert back to the remaining credits (50, just used 10 of the 60 I had before this change) that I had remaining?

    We have added the remaining credits that are valid for this month only. Please use them.

    There is no option to go back to the previous plan because we have discontinued them.
