    Hello
I’m having trouble connecting to Google Analytics and Search Console.
I read all the ways provided by you to solve this problem on your website but unfortunately I could not solve the problem
My Google Analytics and Search Console account is active, but after connecting the RankMath plugin to my Google Account, these Google platforms are not visible and selectable on my site.

What should I do to solve this problem?

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

I’m assuming that you referring to the Site, Account, Property, and View getting disabled/grayed out. Could you please confirm if this is the case?

    Grayed Out

If so, please follow the steps in this link (specifically step 3) :
    https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/

These dropdown buttons get activated/clickable right after you reconnect to your Google Account and haven’t clicked yet the save changes button.

If the property is not showing, you must be using Google Analytics 4. Here’s a link for more information:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/using-ga4/

I hope that helps. If you’re not referring to those, please also provide more details of the issue to check further. You can also use this tool to send a screenshot link.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

I have done all these steps
But my property (Search Console and Google Analytics) are not displayed here

    Hello,

Thanks for getting in touch with us and apologies if the issue still persists.

Can you please try clearing the cache of your WordPress dashboard then once done, please try disconnecting/reconnecting your analytics to Rank Math again.

If the above instruction has already been followed and the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Cheers,

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for getting back to us.

Upon checking your website it seems like you have not yet connected your site to Google Services accounts.
    GAGSC

If you do not see the Search Profiles of your search console and Search analytics it means that you are using the GA4. Could please confirm if you followed the steps here: https://rankmath.com/kb/using-ga4/.

Then please re-connect your site using the following settings. Also, make sure permissions are allowed while connecting the Rank Math plugin to your site.

We are looking forward to helping you.

    I did it now
There is still a problem and it has not been solved

    Hello,

Thank you for getting back to us.

Since we are not able to access your Google account and confirm if you’re using the GA3 type, we will guide you on how to confirm this.

Please go to your Analytics and Login. Then proceed to the Admin > Property > GA4 Setup Assistance.

Under this option, you should notice that your GA4 is not connected which should be the case. It should also alert you that you are using universal analytics instead. Here is a sample screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/KjNH6F

Also, here are a few simple checks you may need to look at:

Make sure that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (http or https, www or non-www). See more here: https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/

Then, please make sure that the Google account you used to connect your Google Search Console profile is the same one you have used to verify your domain on GSC.

If this still persists we may want to look at your Google settings as an admin well.

Do let us know how this goes. We are looking forward to helping you.
    Thank you.

    I did these things
But my problem is still not solved

What information do you need to check?

    Hello,

    Thank you for the update.

From your screenshot, it seems that you’re still using Google Analytics 4. Please follow the steps in this link:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/using-ga4/

You should not be using GA4 for the properties to show up in Rank Math. As my colleague mentioned above, it should also alert you that you are using Universal Analytics property.

Here’s a screenshot for your reference:
    https://i.rankmath.com/KjNH6F

Once done, you can reconnect to your Google Account in Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics then select the values and click the save changes button.

I hope that helps. Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.

I am using the universal version (GA3)

    Hello,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Please head over to your Google Search Console (https://search.google.com/search-console) and make sure that you have the correct version of your website verified there.

You should have a property with HTTPS and non-www in the URL to match with the website you shared in the sensitive data section.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

I have done all this over and over again
I am sure of all the cases
But I still have a problem

    Hello,

    Thank you for the update.

In this case, please reconnect your website to your Rank Math account by following this link:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/website-not-shown-in-account/

Then record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the property and the reconnect process.

Once done, you can share the link in the sensitive data section.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for that information, and apologies for the delay.

Could you please also confirm if you have connected to the correct Google Analytics account?

In your screencast, you have 2 emails showing upon connecting. Please ensure that the property was created using the 2nd email where you connect the site.

    I hope that helps.

    Looking forward to your update.

    Thank you.
