It takes some time for Google to crawl your site and index the changes. Please wait for a few days and the page should be removed. You can also use the URL removal tool to manually raise a removal request: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9689846?hl=en

Please note that the removal of pages can take a few weeks to happen since Google doesn’t like to deindex pages unless it’s absolutely necessary.
If the page is already showing noindex you have everything in place to let Google know that the page should not be indexed and it’s just a matter of waiting a couple of weeks to see it starting to lose traction.
