However, I also noticed that these images are from a sub-domain (stellenboerse
). In this case, you just need to further optimize your content and ensure to optimize the images, to get them indexed.
There are many factors that Google takes into account while indexing and ranking your images.

Thanks for your quick response. Unfortunately we are not talking about the subdomain (which is not in WordPress- neither RankMath) but about the pics on the domain https://stuzubi.de itself.
We assume that the whole configuration in our Rank Math account is correct but still no pics are visible in search engines.
Is there any known issue e.g. with other/special plugins that might interfere?

Thank you for the follow-up, and apologies for the delay.
I’ve checked your site on the Google search results page for images, and they are already showing. Here’s a screencast:

I’ve also checked your sitemap and the images are already included there. Your robots.txt is also working fine. It seems that Google shows your subdomain’s images first before your main domain’s images.
In this case, if you wanted your site’s images to appear first, you may need to follow my colleague’s advice above to optimize your site’s images.
