    Can you please point out where that “dropdown” is so we can check the IP information?

    Please note that most support staff here are using dynamic IPs, so even if we manage to whitelist one particular IP now when we get back to the ticket our IP might already have changed.

    Unfortunately, we still can’t access the staging site’s admin dashboard as this seems to be a firewall issue on our end. Please refer to my video screencast in the sensitive data section.

    Also, our other support folks from India can’t access it as well. Please refer to the screenshot below:

    Hi I’m not sure what the problem is there, but since you can now get into the dashboard, why don’t you look at the live site I don’t go on the site between 10pm – 6-30am UK time, so perhaps you could look at it then?

    Hello,

    Our team is distributed and uses dynamic IP addresses, so by the time we log in again the IP would be different and need to be whitelisted again.

    We don’t recommend disabling the security features on the live website, but you can disable this on the staging website so that we can access it and provide further insights.
