It still says NoIndex tag detected in robots metatag. There are also 22 excluded pages

When I press Inspect URL it takes me to a page that says
URL is not on Google: Indexing errors
It cannot appear in Google Search results until it’s indexed.

From the report you shared, it seems the URL you checked was last crawled on Dec 1, 2020. That’s more than a month ago.
It is likely the same with the other URLs which brings up the idea that the URLs are showing this issue because Google has not crawled them recently.
Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what appears when you inspect the URL? You can use https://imgbb.com for this.
Also if your page is showing the request indexing option, you can try requesting to see if this updates the data.
Another option would be to click on View Crawled Page and check if the crawled meta data do contain the noindex meta as depicted: https://i.rankmath.com/dblwUB

Yes I have resubmitted the sitemap multiple times and it has never updated the last crawled date. Here is a screenshot when I inspect URL https://ibb.co/MkJLHZp

Alright. I’ve submitted my page and post sitemaps individually.
I am looking in my file manager and I noticed that under sitename/wp-includes/sitemaps/providers there is only 3 files called
class-wp-sitemaps-posts.php
class-wp-sitemaps-taxonomies.php
class-wp-sitemaps-users.php
Nothing to do with pages. My posts are being indexed but not my pages. Could this be the problem?

If the sitemap was were submitted successfully, would you please check if they have an updated crawl date and if so, try requesting for indexing.

sitemap has been successfully summitted and ive been requesting crawling. when i request indexing google checks if its possible to index, it says it is, then nothing changes. every day it tells me i have noindex tag so it cant be indexed.

No, nothing is saying it is indexed. It still says I have a noindex tag.
Unfortunately I can’t click the View Crawled Page button. It is greyed out and says “Page was not fetched” when I hover over it

This is likely an issue that might be coming from Google. You can try and use a 3rd party sitemap plugin to confirm. Just make sure you have disabled the Sitemap module of Rank Math in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard when using a 3rd party sitemap plugin.

I tried another plugin and it also did not work.
I’ve gone back to rankmath because I use it for all my sites and have never had this issue. When I resubmitted the site maps it is saying my Page sitemap is in the wrong format (html) on line 2

You currently seem to be using Yoast sitemap.
Please note that the issue with sitemap appearing as html comes up when the sitemap is not returning an actual xml file. This can be if your sitemap is being cached or doesn’t exist and leads to 404.
