We have found the issue. It seems like both Mailster and Rank Math are using CMB2.
We are taking a closer look at this and in the meantime, we would request you to get in touch with Mailster team as well and alert them about this so they can try to fix this from their end as well:

Version control CSS is causing this problem. Overwriting following CSS file in includes/modules/version-control/assets will fix the issue:

i have already contacted the newsletter plugin and they said we do not provide support for 3d party plugins i don’t know how these guys working. that why I love rank math team as always pro and cover us. i will upload the file you provide.

thank you for the answers really appreciate everyone with his solution.
I have fixed the problem ad I noted that:
one day before I installed the PHP v7.3 on my VPS, and have changed it to this website, the conflict started after this movement, after investigation we found that, so when I switch back PHP to 7.2 it’s back to normal, I really did not mention that for the support team which maybe I was supposed to. I hope this note helpful for everyone, probably changing the PHP ver will fix the issue till the Rank Math beautiful team will fix this issue. + I did upload the CSS file Mr. Remco provided but alone was not enough.
