After many R&D I am clueless now. Every post has Multiple TITLE META and FAQ.

I deactivate almost every plugin(except rank math) and check from ” view page source” and “ahref site audit”. It’s still there.
May its causes from rank math.

We are not seeing the 409 on that URL:
So, we believe you can ignore that since I am not seeing the issue.
If you face the issue again, please contact your web host as they might be in a better position to help you with this. Rank Math does not create any 409 errors.

I’ve also checked that URL, and it seems that it’s already showing 200 Ok status.
You may want to clear your cache in this case since we’re unable to replicate this issue. Also, your web host can better assist you with this, as my colleague mentioned above.
