This could be an issue from the theme that you are using. Are you using any Site builder?
Have you tried deactivating Rank Math and see if the title is there? If it is you need to check whether your theme is generating it.

My main concern is why FAQ showing double in google.
1. NO I am not using a site builder.
2. Deactivate rankmath but still, Multiple TITLE is showing [ now no meta is showing ] in ahref site audit.

I checked your URL with Google rich results tests tool and it seems the FAQ appearing to be duplicated have actually been created that way on your page. You will need to edit your page and remove any duplicated FAQ questions. Here is a screenshot showing this: https://i.rankmath.com/e9xOXF
As for the title meta, it seems your theme is also adding extra title meta to your page. You can confirm this by enabling a default theme to confirm.

I will contact the theme developer. But there is no option in theme for FAQ generate. Getting confused between Rankmath and heuman theme. Need your kind help to solve or cause of the issue.

I checked your site and the issue was actually coming from code added to your child theme. I commented out <?php //wp_head(); ?> in the /header.php file of your current child theme which seems to have fixed the issue.

From the description of the issue, it is not an issue with your page URL but the links you have included.

Could you please try inspecting your URL again or give it sometime to see if the page gets crawled again and the issue resolved.

I have clear all my own domain link from the “Nofollow Exclude Domains Rankmath” list. Ony external domain link is present now. But still, those error is coming in every post in the latest ahref crawl.
I have two wordpress setup [BN] is a subfolder. Both URL is unique.

The error 409 is usually related to issues with target resource. I suspect that the issue with your contact page is one of the resources you are trying to acquire. I noted you have a google form link and another file on the page. These are being read as outbound links which might be the reason your page is showing the error.
Could you please try removing one of the resources temporarily then test your URL again and check if the error still persists?

The error is still showing is ahref new crawl. Even I delete jetpack which I used previously for the contact form. Also No code in the contact form, you can check.
Even I change the permalink from “/contact-2 to /contact” those error shift to the new page.
