Last time you marked the post as ‘resolved’ without actually solving the issue. I would like to ask that this time you fully read through the thread and see that the issue isn’t resolved. This bug has lost many of us a lot of rankings.
I re-opened this thread because we haven’t had a staff reply for over a week. Yet, I can see that support staff are active in this forum as they have replied to other posts within the past 24 hours.
Is it too much to ask that you read fully through our thread and wait for us to reply before marking the issue as solved? The others in the thread and I would appreciate a real answer to this issue.
