    Hello,

    There is some major conflict on your website. The Rank Math dashboard looks all off and I can’t run the health check on your website.

    Health check shows a blank page:
    null

    And this is how the Rank Math dashboard appears:
    null

    Do we have your permission to deactivate all plugins temporarily to try and find a fix?

    There is something off on your setup. We think it has something to do with your hosting or how you installed WP. The layout on all plugins is off and it doesn’t work even when all plugins are disabled.

    There is no issue with your account.

    I have logged in to your site (https://e********************.com/e*****) and I made a small change in the plugin code, now the plugin activation is working correctly on that site.

    Here’s what I did: I accessed the seo-by-rank-math/includes/admin/class-admin-helper.php file via FTP and scrolled down to the following code (around line 157)

    $body = self::authenticate_user( $username, $password );

    I added this line right after it:

    $body = json_decode( $body, true );

    This seems to have fixed the issue. I’m not sure why this is needed on your sites, it might be related to some server setting. It seems to work fine everywhere else without the change.
