Have you by any chance saved Rank Math settings using a Mozilla browser? If you do, please try doing it in other known browsers like Chrome or Safari.
If the issue persists after doing so, please conduct a plugin/conflict test and see if you can pinpoint what’s causing the issue. https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

I tried it now in Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera and Edge – but without success.
Furthermore I installed the plugin you mentioned and activated the troubleshooting mode, so that all plugins and themes were disabled.
Then I activated only RankMath SEO Plugin – but I was still not able to save the data!
Message (https://prnt.sc/xp4ksm) appears: “Settings updated” – but they were not updated…

With VPN I could login to your site’s admin but the FTP details you added in the Sensitive Data Section are still not working. I am getting the Connection timed out error. I tried connecting with SFTP, FTP over TLS & FTP insecure but none worked.

I logged into your site and spent considerable time troubleshooting the issue but I still couldn’t find the reason why settings are not updating on your site.
After enabling WP_DEBUG, the following errors were logged in the debug.log file when I updated the Settings:

It doesn’t look like the Health check plugin is working on your site. These errors were getting logged even when I deactivated these plugins using the Health check.
Can you please create a staging site where we can debug this issue by deactivating the plugins and activating the default theme?
