Yes. But that only works for the current post, about to be published. All the older posts are still missing keywords with @type BlogPosting.

To make it work for old posts with BlogPosting Schema, you will need to update the post after hitting the Save for this post in the Schema editor.
You can use this workaround until we release a fix for this issue.
